Welcome to Our School Family

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

First and foremost we want to thank you for considering Grace Lutheran ECDC, we hope that you will find our information helpful and informative. Choosing the right place for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. We are honored that you are considering becoming part of our school family.

Choosing a child care facility is not an easy task. Parents must give a great deal of attention to choosing just the right facility for their child, and her or his particular needs. At Grace Lutheran ECDC, we understand and appreciate a parent’s concern of leaving their child in the care of others. That’s why I would like to take this opportunity to share with you our top priority for each individual child left in our care – to provide her or him a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment in which to learn, develop, and grow.

At Grace Lutheran Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC), we believe every child is a precious gift from God, uniquely created with purpose, value, and endless potential. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Each day, our classrooms are filled with opportunities for discovery, creativity, laughter, and learning. Through hands-on experiences, meaningful relationships, and Christ-centered teaching, we strive to help children build confidence, kindness, and a love for learning that will carry with them for years to come.

Faith is woven into all we do. Through daily prayer,Daily Jesus time, weekly chapel, and acts of love and compassion, children are reminded that they are deeply loved by God and by those who care for them here.

We also believe that strong partnerships with families are essential. When parents and teachers work together, children thrive. Our desire is not only to care for your child, but to walk alongside your family during these important early years.

In addition to being licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Grace Lutheran ECDC has achieved a Level 4 certification as an Arkansas Better Beginnings facility. Better Beginnings is a voluntary quality rating improvement system for licensed child care and education facilities in Arkansas. Minimum licensing regulations primarily address health and safety issues. Better Beginnings, however looks beyond minimum standards, evaluating the elements of high quality child care and early education experiences.

All our teachers are First Aid/CPR/AED certified and receive a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education each year. We are open year-round to meet the needs of today's busy family.
